Statement of NCWCF Involvement: During my career I have responded to countless crisis situations and critical incidents. These emergencies not only cause grief and pain for the victims, but also many times to the First Responders. I have seen first hand how the use of trained chaplains in these situations has brought comfort and healing to both the victims and First Responders.
